Defects
We sell deadstock fabrics (leftover materials from production).
Minor imperfections may exist in this type of fabric. Generally, they are acceptable and do not qualify for return unless they were identified as critical defects at the time of purchase.
What is considered an acceptable deviation and is not refundable:
Acceptable General Defects:
Defects on the reverse side of the fabric: Minor imperfections that do not affect the appearance and performance characteristics of the front side.
Ear: Damage and irregularities along the edges of the fabric up to 10 cm from each edge.
Minor Defects: Up to one defect of up to 5 cm in size for every 10 linear meters.
Color Deviations:
Slight differences in tone compared to images on screen or samples from other batches.
Slight variation in shade within a single roll, especially for fabrics with a blended effect, complex patterns, or natural composition.
Yarns and Weaving:
Thickening, knots, loops - natural characteristics of the production technology.
Fragile tugs that appeared during transport or packaging.
Patterns (for patterned fabrics):
Isolated spots of ink that do not detract from the overall appearance of the fabric.
Dimensional Tolerances:
Fabric width: deviations of up to ±3 cm.
Tissue length: deviations of up to ±2%.
