TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Owner of the site, the offer and the binding of Terms
This website, with the trading name Olive's Tecidos, based in the city of Trofa, is owned and operated by Ana Patrícia Silva Rodrigues, NIF PT223 695 939, CAE 47510. These Terms set out the terms and conditions under which you can use our site and purchase the items on it. This site offers visitors deadstock and collection fabrics and knitwear. By using the site and proceeding with the purchase of any item, the customer approves that they have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions presented here.
2. General Acceptance Policy
To proceed with the purchase of the product, the Customer and/or User must select the product they wish to buy and add it to their cart. Once the product selection is complete, the Customer and/or User must click on the "Shopping Cart" icon. The products selected for purchase will then be displayed and the Customer and/or User must indicate the shipping and billing address, as well as the method of payment. Once the offline payment information has been provided or the online payment has been successfully collected, the Customer and/or User will receive the necessary information regarding their order.
The data provided to Olive's Tecidos through the respective form are identifying and enabling elements for accessing and making purchases and are personal and non-transferable.
3. Personal Data Protection Policy
The collection of personal data by Olive's Tecidos is exclusively for order processing, billing and statistical purposes. Olive's Tecidos, in compliance with Law no. 67/98 of October 26 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016), is committed to privacy and security in the processing and maintenance of each Customer's personal data.
4. Pricing Policy
The prices set include VAT at the legal rate in force. Olive's Tecidos reserves the right to change prices without prior notice and to subject its products to promotional campaigns. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the product. When you finalize your order, you will see the shipping fee and delivery time.
5. Delivery, Deadlines, Guarantees and Liability
All orders are shipped between 3 and 5 working days after payment, by carrier (GLS) for shipments all over Europe. Olive's Tecidos is not responsible for any loss, damage or damage caused by transportation. When you receive your order, check the condition of the packaging, and if there is any visible damage, report it on the signed Transport Note and return it to the carrier. By accepting the order, it is considered to be in good condition. If the customer is not at the address indicated when the courier delivers the order, it will be sent to a parcelshop (the customer should contact us using the means mentioned on the website) and will be available for collection - for GLS shipments.
6. Exchanges and returns policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can inform us of your dissatisfaction and return it to us, with a refund of the amount paid within 14 days of receipt, provided that it is in the same condition as it was delivered (including the original packaging), with the return postage being borne by the Customer. If the customer wishes to exchange the item, the return postage and the new shipment will be charged to the customer.
If the customer wishes to return the item purchased, the return will only take place after the order has been received and we have verified that it is in the same condition as it was sent, with no signs of use. The amount will be refunded in full, with the exception of administrative costs.
7. Copyright Policy
The content published on this site, under the trade name Olive's Tecidos, is protected by copyright, so any reproduction of it requires prior authorization from the interested party. Any improper use of them, for commercial or other purposes, may give rise to legal action.
8. Dispute Management
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer can turn to the Porto Consumer Information and Arbitration Center (www.cicap.pt) or to alternative consumer dispute resolution entities.
9. Payment method:
1) credit card: you will be requested to insert your credit card details to finish your payment. In some banks, you may be requested to confirm the operation on your netbanking or app;
2) PayPal: you will insert your user details in order to finalize the payment;
3) Bank Transfer: if you choose this method, you must make the payment to the NIB indicated at checkout and send the receipt to the e-mail address info@olivestecidos.pt. The order will only be shipped once the amount has been paid into the account indicated.
10. Shipping:
For Europe, shipments are made via the GLS carrier and postage will be calculated according to the weight of the order.
These prices will be updated whenever the entities responsible for shipping change them.
Orders are shipped between 3 and 5 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may be longer in times of high volume of orders.
The delivery address may not coincide with the billing address. You can therefore choose to receive the order at your place of work and keep your personal address as the billing address. To do this, simply indicate it at the checkout.
Olive's Tecidos is not responsible for any loss, damage or damage caused by transportation. When you receive your order, check the condition of the packaging and if there is any visible damage, report it to the courier who will deliver your order. When you accept the order, it is considered to be in good condition. If the order is returned to the sender because it has not been claimed, or because the address is incorrect or insufficient, it will only be sent back after payment of the shipping costs.
