SHIPPING
All orders are shipped between 3 and 5 working days after payment, by carrier (GLS) for shipments to all Europe. Olive's Tecidos cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or damage caused by transportation. When you receive your order, check the condition of the packaging, and if there is any visible damage, report it on the signed Transport Note and return it to the carrier. By accepting the order, it is considered to be in good condition. If the customer is not at the address indicated when the courier delivers the order, it will be sent to a parcelshop (the customer should contact us using the means available on the website) and will be available for collection - for GLS shipments.
For all Europe, shipments are made via the GLS carrier and postage will be calculated based on the weight of the order.
These prices will be updated whenever the shipping companies change them.
