Refund policy

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can report your dissatisfaction and return it, with a refund of the amount paid, within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in the same condition as it was delivered (including the original packaging), using the means by which payment was made.

If the customer wishes to exchange the item, the return and new shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

In order to exchange the item, the customer must contact us by e-mail or via our social networks, informing us of their intention to exchange the item.

To send the order, we always recommend sending it by registered mail, so that the customer can keep track of the order at all times. The order should be sent to:

If the order is sent by regular mail and is not received by us, we accept no responsibility and there will be no refund/shipping of a new product.

If the customer wishes to return the item purchased, the return will only take place after receipt of the order and after we have verified that it is in the same condition as it was sent, with no signs of use. The amount will be refunded in full, with the exception of administrative costs.
